a call back suicide prevention warmline for people with lived experience of suicide to connect with others and get relief from emotional distress, explore coping strategies and receive suggestions for online resources and/or information.

Just Listening Community by the humane clinic - click here

a free community space creating connection for a person in distress, crisis, suicidal or with an important story to share. Currently open three afternoons a week, you can find a safe, therapeutic environment for people in emotional crisis as a meaningful alternative to other services.
